Check for Out of Order Accounts Report Instructions

Use the Check for Out of Order Accounts Report utility to print a list of Tax Account Numbers whose sequence does not match the alphabetic sequence of the Owner Name.

Notes:

• This report is also known as the Check Account Number Order.

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

Directions:

• To see instructions for opening the Check for Out of Order Accounts Report program, click More.

   

  1. Click Utilities from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Real Estate Account Numbers.

  3. Click Check for Out of Order Accounts.

   

• At the prompt window, choose the selections.  To see the report prompt options, click More.

  Printer	Displays the default printer number.  For more information, see Printing Options.
  	To generate the report, click Process or press [ENTER] if the button is in focus. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + p]
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut: [ALT + c]

   

• To see the report sample, click More.

  None required.
