Miscellaneous Value refers to any miscellaneous possessions on the premises, which are classified as personal property. The sum of the Machinery Value, Furniture & Fixture Value, Watercraft Value and Miscellaneous Value makes up the Taxable Value for a personal property Tax Account.

Where-Used: Usually, the Assessing module assigns the Miscellaneous Value to an account. You can also update the Miscellaneous Value during Tax Master Maintenance the Assessment Tab.
