Field Description - Prepaid Check Flag

The Prepaid Check flag is an option you can specify during Check Entry to signify that the payroll check was prepaid, that is written earlier.  When you select the Prepaid Check Flag, you can then enter the Check Number.

Notes:

• Prepaid checks are listed on the Payroll Check Edit Register, however they do not print during Print Payroll Checks.
