Field Description - Other Pay Closing Period Flag

The Other Pay Closing Period Flag indicates when to clear the totals for the Other Pay Code.  You can maintain this field during Other Pay Master Maintenance.  The following options are available:

• 1 - Calendar

• 2 - Contract

• 3 - Fiscal Clear

• 4 - Specific

Note:  If you change the Closing Period Flag for an Other Pay Code during Other Pay Master Maintenance, the program automatically updates all associated employee other pay records with the new flag.
