Field Description - Labor Distribution Exception Flag

The Labor Distribution Exemption Flag is a Yes/No code that determines if the earnings distributed to a department are to be excluded from overhead distribution.  You can maintain the flag during Labor Distribution Master Maintenance.  The following codes are valid:

• Y - Exception from OH calculations

• N - No exceptions from OH calculations
  Note:  The Payroll Post automatically creates records with a default of (N)o.

Note:  To specify which departments are affected, enter the Exception Department Number.
