Field Description - Fringe Standard Amount

The Fringe Standard Amount contains the Fringe Amount that is common to most employees.  You can later override the amount if necessary.  If there is no amount common to many employees, leave the value blank.

Tips:

• You can override the Fringe Standard Amount during Employee Fringe Maintenance.

• The Fringe Calculation Code determines how the Fringe Amount is processed.
  Note:  If the Fringe Calculation Code is  2 - Percent of Gross, then enter this value as a percentage.
  Example:  For 4.5%, enter 4.50.
