Field Description - Fiscal Earnings Totals

There are three fields containing Fiscal Earnings Totals (gross earnings) for the current fiscal month (MTD), quarter (QTD), and year (YTD).

Notes:

• You can view the MTD, QTD, and YTD totals during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Earnings Totals Area.

• These fields are updated by the system, so under normal conditions you do not need to edit them.

• The Period End Clear process clears these fields when you specify a fiscal clear.

Format:

• Month-To-Date (MTD):  6.2 numeric

• Quarter-To-Date (QTD):  6.2 numeric

• Year-To-Date (YTD):  7.2 numeric
