Field Description - Federally Taxable Earnings Totals

The fields for Federally Taxable Earnings Totals contain various totals accumulated during the current year for earnings that are federally taxable.

Notes:

• The system updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.

• The settings for Deduction Exemptions and Other Pay Exemptions control how the system updates these fields.

• You can view MTD totals and totals for each of the four quarters in the current year during Employee Quarterly Totals Maintenance in the Employee Quarterly Totals Area.

• You can view MTD totals for any month within the current year during Employee Monthly Totals Maintenance in the Earnings Totals Area.
