Field Description - Description for Numbers

The Description for Numbers is the spelled-out word for each numeric value to print on checks.

Tips:

• In the ONES table, enter the spelled-out words for 1 through 19.
  Example:  For Description 17, enter SEVENTEEN.

• In the TENS table, enter the spelled-out words for 20 through 90 (by tens).
  Example:  For Description 1, enter TWENTY; for Description 2, enter THIRTY, etc.

Where-Maintained:  Check Protection Table Maintenance (ONES & TENS)

Where-Used:  Payroll checks, A/P checks

Format:  up to 12 characters
