Field Description - Deduction Amount Totals
The fields for Deduction Amount Totals contain the deduction totals for the current month (MTD), quarter (QTD) and year (YTD).
The system updates the fields, so you do not normally have to edit them.
To view totals for individual employees, use the Employee Scheduled Deductions Totals Area in Employee Totals Master Maintenance.
To view totals of all employees, use Deduction Master Maintenance.
The Period End Clear process clears these fields when you specify a calendar clear.
To delete an employee, the employee's Deduction Amount Totals must be zero.
