Field Description - Contract Earnings Totals

There are three fields containing the Contract Earnings Totals for the current month (MTD), quarter (QTD), and year (YTD).

Tips:

• You can view the MTD, QTD, and YTD totals during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Earnings Totals Area.

• The YTD total prints on the Contract Balance Report.

• The system updates these fields, so you do not normally need to edit them.

• The Period End Clear process clears these fields when you specify a contract clear.

Format:

• Month-To-Date (MTD):  6.2 numeric

• Quarter-To-Date (QTD):  6.2 numeric

• Year-To-Date (YTD):  7.2 numeric
