Field Description - Calendar Earnings Totals

There are three fields containing Calendar Earnings Totals for the current month (MTD), current quarter (QTD), and current year (YTD).

Notes:

• You can view the MTD, QTD, and YTD totals during Employee Totals Master Maintenance in the Earnings Totals Area.  The fields are updated by the system, so under normal conditions you do not need to edit them.

• The Period End Clear process clears these fields when you specify a calendar clear.

Format:

• Month-To-Date (MTD):  6.2 numeric

• Quarter-To-Date (QTD):  6.2 numeric

• Year-To-Date (YTD):  7.2 numeric
