Field Description - Budget Ranges

To limit the new budget to one or more ranges of Account Numbers, enter a series of ranges in the Budget Ranges field.

Notes:

• Always omit the delimiters from the Account Numbers in the range.

• Separate the from and to accounts with a dash (-).

• Ranges are inclusive, so the from and to accounts are included in the new budget.

• Separate each range with a semicolon (;).

• Zero padding is functional.

Examples:

• Single Range:  010200-010300

• Zero Padding:  0102-0103 (automatically pads to 010200-010300)

• Multiple Range:  010200-010300;010410-010455
