Field Description - Vendor Telephone Number

The Vendor Telephone Number is the contact phone number for the vendor.

Tip:  If the vendor has a different Purchase From phone number specified for a subsidiary during Vendor Master Maintenance, then the Purchase From phone number prints on the Purchase Orders.

Tips:

• You can enter the phone number with or without separators.
  Examples:  You can enter...
  2075551234 or
  207-555-1234 or
  207.555.1234 or
  (207)555-1234

• The Area Code is optional for local phone numbers.
