Field Description - Temporary Vendor Option

The Temporary Vendor Option identifies vendors that you only use once.

Tip:  You can delete all temporary vendors at once using the Remove Temporary Vendors routine, which is a year end job.

Options:

• If the vendor is temporary, select the Temporary Vendor Option box.

• If the vendor is permanent, de-select the Temporary Vendor Option box.

Where-Maintained:  Vendor Master Maintenance
