Field Description - Purchase Order Detail Description

The Purchase Order Detail Description is the description of the purchase.  If you print purchase orders the description will print on the purchase order.  While there are four lines available for the description, only use as many as you need.  Each line item that makes up the purchase order can have its own description.

Format:  up to 34 characters per line, up to 4 lines
