Precinct tables (numeric tables) are used to maintain precinct codes, precinct names and their mil rate. Precincts are used as special taxation districts within a community. These tables are used in the Additional Information window.
TABLE ID: PREXXX TITLE: PCNT CD & RATE COLUMNS: 1
PRECINCT NAME HERE |
.44 |
The information in the table works like this:
Table ID is created by entering PRE plus a 3-character user-defined code for this precinct (for example: table ID PRENDS would be for a precinct code of NDS). The precinct code is the last 3 characters in the table ID and all precinct tables begin with PRE.
The column heading contains the precinct name. This name will display on the screen and in reports.
The first line of the table contains the mil rate which is the rate per $1000.
