Service Management Technician Code Listing Instructions

Use the Technician Code Listing to report the technician information that you maintain.  The report includes the Technician Code, the technician names, the home phone numbers, beeper/cell phone numbers, trade class, trade level, specialities, territories worked, regular, overtime, and double time cost and billing rates.  You can print this list by Technician Code to use as a quick reference lookup during Service Call Entry.

• Opening the Technician Code Listing, click More.

   

  1.  Click Service Mgt from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Print.

  3.  Click Listings.

  4.  Click Technician Code Listing.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

  Report Writer Directions	If you want to use existing report settings, click Open and select the name of the settings. Or, you can change the settings on the fly using the Range Options, Sort Options, and Additional Options. If you want to save the current report settings, click Save and specify the name of the settings. To generate the report: Click Print View to display the report. Or, click Print Report to send the report to the default printer. Tip:  After you click Print View or Print Report, you will see the prompt for additional report options. Tip:  For more information, refer to the Report Writer - Overview.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Close.
