Transaction Code List Instructions

Use the Transaction Code List to view all Transaction Codes and their current Minimum Charge and Minimum Usage values, as well as, the Old Minimum Charge and Old Minimum Usage values.  This report prints in Transaction Code ID order.

Tips:

• This report is also known as the Transaction Itemized List.

• Do not confuse the Transaction Code List with the Transaction Code Report or the Transaction Detail Report.  Each is a separate report providing different information.

• For more information about running reports, see Print View.

Directions:

To see directions for...

• Opening the Transaction Code List, click More.

   

  • Click the following sequence:
    Reports from the Menu Bar; Transaction and Transaction Code List.

  • Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [t] [t].

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Transaction Code List Prompt Options Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
  Server Process Status
  Status	Displays information pertaining to the various phases of the reporting process to guide you. Note:  The status displays Complete when the process is ended.  In addition, the Message window displays Time Started and Time Ended to alert you when the routine is complete.
  	To close the window when the report is complete, click Close .
