Change Out History Report Instructions

Use the Change Out History Report Instructions to list the locations that have the service connection changed out during the current billing cycle and the connection usage has not been billed yet.  You can use this report to verify the usage that will be billed during the next billing run and will update the customer account during the Billing Post.  

Tips:

• This report is also known as the Location Connection Change Out History Report.

• This report only pertains to sites who delay billing connections that are changed out during the middle of a billing cycle.  In this situation the changed out connection and the corresponding unbilled usage does not update the customer account until the Billing Post.  To activate this report on the Reports menu, the Applications Option Connection Change Out Process Type must be set to Delayed.

• At the Report Writer window, you can change the selection and sort options for the report.  For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.

• Opening the Change Out History Report Instructions, click More.

   

  1.  Click Reports from the Menu Bar.

  2.  Click Miscellaneous.

  3.  Click Change Out History Report.

• Choosing the Selections at the Prompt Window, click More.

   

  Change Out History Report Writer Prompts Tip:  To see more information about a field, click the hyperlink for the field name.
  Report Writer Prompts	Review the Report Writer options and make changes, if applicable. Notes:   To send the report to the Print View window, click View Report or to print a hard-copy, click Print Report . For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.
  	To begin printing to the Windows® default printer, click Print, or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + p]
  	To run the routine and print to the Print View window, click here.
  	To escape from the print routine, click Close. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
  Server Process Status
  Status	Displays information pertaining to the various phases of the reporting process to guide you. Note:  The status displays Complete when the process is ended.  In addition, the Message window displays Time Started and Time Ended to alert you when the routine is complete.
  	To close the window when the report is complete, click Close .
