Change Out History Report Instructions
Use the Change Out History Report Instructions to list the locations that have the service connection changed out during the current billing cycle and the connection usage has not been billed yet. You can use this report to verify the usage that will be billed during the next billing run and will update the customer account during the Billing Post.
Tips:
This report is also known as the Location Connection Change Out History Report.
This report only pertains to sites who delay billing connections that are changed out during the middle of a billing cycle. In this situation the changed out connection and the corresponding unbilled usage does not update the customer account until the Billing Post. To activate this report on the Reports menu, the Applications Option Connection Change Out Process Type must be set to Delayed.
