Liens XML Lien Letter
Use the Liens XML Lien Letter routine to print lien letters for the customers that have seriously delinquent balances for the aging period specified. The customer's lien letter tracking is updated each time a letter is printed. For more information, see the Documents View of the Inquiry.

This routine uses the information in the Liens Workfile to generate lien information in an XML format and sends it to a job site file that you specify. During installation, the letter format and the job file (job to the print file) are defined using your specifications. For more information, contact NDS Support.
A sample of the printed XML Lien Letter is not available because it is uniquely tailored to your installation.
To open click Processes
from the menu, and then
click Liens, and XML
Lien Letter.
Or, use the keyboard
shortcut: [ALT] [p] [s] [x]
[ARROW DOWN] [ENTER].
