Field Description - Service Management Problem-Task Code

The Service Management Problem-Task Code is the key field that identifies the service problem or service task that is the reason for a customer call.  Problem-Task Codes describe common problems or tasks and are used during the service management routines.  Problem-Task Codes are assigned during Service Call Entry to describe the service problems to be resolved or the tasks to be performed for a customer.  Problem-Task Codes can be used for reporting purposes.
