The Analysis Rate Modeling menu contains functions used to report rate analyzes using your actual customer history. All your step rates are taken into consideration, letting you do "what if" analyzes on your historical usage for specific date ranges.

open the Rate Modeling Analysis menu, click Analysis
from the menu; and Rate Modeling.
