Other Pay Master Edit List Instructions

Use the Other Pay Master Edit List to print the Other Pay Code Master information.  You can use this report to check if Other Pay Master Maintenance edits were entered properly.

To see directions for...

• Opening the Other Pay Master Edit List, click More.

   

  1. Click Reporting from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Other Reports.

  3. Click Other Pay Master Edit List.
     
     Or, use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [e] [o] [o].

   

  Report Writer Window Example:

  

   

• Choosing the selections at the prompt window, click More.

   

  Tip:  Other than the Report Writer, there are no specific prompts for the Other Pay Master Edit List.

   

  Procedure:

  1. Review the Report Writer prompts and make changes, if applicable.
     Tips:

  2. To send the report to the Print View window, enter the appropriate Printer Number (usually 5).

  3. For more information, refer to the Report Writer Overview.
