  General Ledger Verification Report Fields
  Line 1
  Account #	Account Number
  Beg. Balance	Account Beginning Balance Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6.
  Period Description (1-6)	Prints six column headings using the Period Descriptions for Periods 1 through 6. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6.
  Period Balance (1-6)	Prints the Period Balance for the Account in each of the six Period columns. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6.
  Period Description (7-13)	Prints six column headings using the Period Descriptions for Periods 7 through 13. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 7 - 13.
  Period Balance (7-13)	Prints the Period Balance for the Account in each of the six Period columns. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 7 - 13.

  Description	Account Description
  Total (1-6)	Prints the sum of the Period Balances for Periods 1 through 6. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6.
  Total (7-13)	Prints the sum of all of the Period Balances (Periods 1 through 13.) Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 7 - 13.
  Grand Totals
  Beg. Balance	Prints the total of the Beginning Balances column. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6.
  Period (1-6)	Prints the totals of the Period Balances columns. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6.
  Period (7-13)	Prints the totals of the Period Balances columns. Tip:  Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 7 - 13.
  Total (1-6)	Prints the total of the Totals column. Tips: Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 1 - 6. Grand totals for each Period should be zero.  If not, then the Period is clearly out of balance.
  Total (7-13)	Prints the total of the Totals column. Tips: Prints only when you specify Balance Periods 7 - 13. Grand totals for each Period should be zero.  If not, then the Period is clearly out of balance.
