Use Application Parameters (also referred to as YourProgramTitleHere) to customize certain features within the module.

Tip:  For more information about working with data in fields, see the Data Entry Guidelines.

• Opening Application Parameters Maintenance, click More.

   

  • Basic Method:

  1. Click File from the Menu Bar.

  2. Click Settings.

  3. Click Client Options.

  4. Click Application.
      

  • Advanced Method:

  Use the keyboard shortcut:  [ALT] [f] [e] [o] [a].

   

  YourTopicName Window Example:

  Author:  Always insert full or partial window snapshot here (especially for printed output).  Centered Tips: For complicated windows with multiple sections, use the screen capture software to label each section in the image (before importing the image). Insert Image maps to jump to topics, if applicable.

   

• Editing the parameters, click More.

   

  Reports Tab Prompts Note:  Reports having a format of 80 columns or less are not affected by this parameter.
  Page Width	To control the report print area based on the paper size, click the appropriate choice: 80 columns - changes the print job to fit an 80-column printer. 132 columns - changes the print job to fit a 132-column printer.
  YourTab Prompts
  YourField	EnterYourFieldInstructions.
  Buttons
  	To update the new or changed information, click Save or press [ENTER]. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + s]
  	CAUTION To avoid losing data, you must save new or changed records.
  	To escape from the program, click Cancel. Keyboard shortcut:  [ALT + c]
  	To close this window click Close or press [ESC].
