Loan Processing
ShareTec Loan Processing is a fully integrated, loan origination product that includes online application entry, real time integrated credit retrieval, laser printed loan forms, and integrated general ledger posting upon disbursement. ShareTec loan processing contains collection tracking, credit bureau reporting, and charge-off payment collection and tracking. Additional features include Risk-Based lending, variable rates and escrow processing, analysis and servicing.
Accounting System
The fully integrated ShareTec accounting system includes general ledger tracking, user defined financial statements, fixed asset depreciation tracking and posting, accounts payable processing, online check & general ledger account reconciliation, Aires download, and an investment system.
Batch Processing
ShareTec provides processing of electronic and automated member transactions, including ATM, Share Draft, ACH, Debit Card, Loan Insurance, Auto Loan Payments, Service Fee processing and much more. Our batch processing also includes FIDM, IRS tax reporting and member information tape file creation.

ShareTec provides flexibility for the administration of security, cross selling, member marketing, and peripheral management. Scheduling capabilities for reports and processing are controlled by the user.
Audio Response Teller
ShareTec Audio Response Teller provides member transaction processing and service by telephone. This feature gives your members the ability to get account balances, transfer funds, request checks, retrieve history information, calculate loan payments, and request services information with their telephone.
Home Banking
With NDS/ShareTec Home Banking, your members can access their accounts and track their activity wherever the Internet is available, in "Real-Time". It is available with Bill Pay and Online Loan applications and decisions.
Picture & Signature Verification
Use Sharetec to store photo ID and signatures of your members on the system for safe, secure and easy retrieval and review. No more running to pull signature cards or requiring picture ID for your members -- both are available when you access their account.
Report Archiving System and Document Imaging
Would you like to scan and store documents such as Titles, created outside of ShareTec? It's no problem for ShareTec's integrated imaging! ShareTec software archives credit union reports to for permanent storage and retrieval. Now you can reduce the amount of paper reports you store, as they are available for your viewing/printing whenever you need them. Also, capture signatures at the Teller, MSR, Loan Officer or anywhere else you would need the members signature - including drive-up locations.
Wisdom ALM
ShareTec, in partnership with Wisdom, provides an Asset Liability Management (ALM) system designed to support income simulation, gap analysis, net economic value, and key ratios. Hundreds of reports and graphs are standard to the Wisdom ALM Financial Management System. Interfaces are also available for other popular products such as Brick and CuPro.
Online ATM Processing
ShareTec interfaces to Online ATM providers across the country, allowing you to update your member accounts at the time an ATM transaction is initiated. POS and Debit transactions are updated as well.
Shared Branching
ShareTec Shared Branching provides the flexibility for credit unions to service their membership from many locations.
