The INVISION Cash Receipts module is designed to deliver flexibility, accuracy, and performance when receiving money and payments. Utilizing an intuitive Graphical User Interface, the INVISION Cash Receipts module allows for online collection of tax payments as well as treasurer type payments. In addition, it provides an integrated interface into General Ledger, Appropriation, and Revenue type accounts and also supports automated Interfund Accounting entries. This module is designed to provide accurate and fast cash-up procedures so that individual cash boxes can be reconciled. If there are discrepancies, the corrections can be performed online so that they can be reflected in today’s work.
Complete Control
The Cash Receipts module provides complete control over the cash receipts environment by using a secure set of checks and balances to monitor the integrity of the system. Clerks are required to use security to access the system and the system records all detail of every transaction so that you can maintain complete control over where the money is going. The system supports a variety of printed receipt options, as well as thermal receipt printers and check validation, to give an additional audit trail. Lastly, the system has the ability to open up a new day so that a cash up can be performed on the transactions that were processed today without causing interference.
