Mass Appraisal allows you to customize your cost schedules by using tables. Once entered, the tables and data are easily maintained through the use of easy-to-use routines that make recalculations automatically. Data can only be modified by individuals with proper security clearance, keeping your valuable data safe and secure. This flexible architecture is found throughout the INVISION software suite of applications.

Excise Tax/Motor Vehicle Registration

For many cities and towns the process of registering a motor vehicle is among the most complex and time consuming tasks that is performed on a daily basis. In addition to daunting state reporting requirements, there are significant amounts of cash that need to be accounted for, and more importantly controlled. The INVISION Motor Vehicle Registration module is engineered to handle these transactions quickly and efficiently and to give you control where you need it most; at the point of registration.

Animal Registration & Licensing

Table-driven, the license module allows you to easily maintain and track vital information about pets in your community as well as search on this information real time. The license module maintains breed, description, color, comments, sex, and veterinarian information. In addition, the system allows for tracking of vital dates such as rabies shots, registration date, neutering dates so that you are in complete control when you get field calls from the animal control officer requesting information on potential strays. The game portion of the license module maintains resident or non-resident information about whom the license has been issued to as well as the number, class, and issue date of the license.

Virtual Clerk

Virtual Clerk™ provides an exciting new service for your community that extends property values, assessing data, and tax payment information to the Internet. Using the web and a browser, individuals can access your community's data from virtually anyplace in the world without having to pick up the phone or visit town hall 7 days a week 24 hours per day. This allows you and your staff to focus on important tasks instead of answering repetitive questions.

Unlike other services that just place information on the Internet, Virtual Clerk has the ability to create and manage personalized custom views of your data for different types of data consumers. Virtual Clerk can maintain special views with key information for data intensive consumers like real estate brokers, insurance agents, and banks while providing a more simplistic view for the general public. These different views help your community serve the specific needs of diverse groups without the need of maintaining multiple web sites. It can even provide an avenue of revenue generation through subscriptions and charges for these specialty data views.
