Laser Printing and Mail Rendering Service
The electronic forms printing process is actually two different processes combined into one. First, NDS works with your original forms and creates a laser format that meets your approval. We then combine this format with your data utilizing the NDS laser print service to create your forms. All you do is send us the file in a format that your NDS software creates and we do the rest. Second, NDS takes care of mailing the forms for you. This includes stuffing the envelopes, adding additional mailers if you desire, adding postage, and then mailing the forms. NDS achieves a significant postage saving due to our volume of activity with the US Postal Service. This direct cost saving is transferred directly to you.
